    what can i do with 1/2 sacks of pils and wheat?

    a friend moved out of town and left me with two half full sacks of pilsner malt and wheat. i've never done a lager, or any german beer before, what do you guys recommend? I was thinking a really hoppy pilsner, but i really have no idea what sort of beer pilsner malt goes into.

    we racked to 2ndary, oxygenated, then added the ale yeast and let it ferment for another couple of weeks. we only took FG measurements to make sure it was done fermenting. No OG measurements that i can remember.
