Well the picture was of the aerator with a tube going into a carboy bung through where a airlock would normally sit . So can I just put it in my primary bucket and aerate away not worry about anything?
I bought a new aerator and I see diagrams of the tube going through the bung and down into the carboy. How do you do this and nor create pressure for there is no where for it.to escape
I have a question about fruit. I am making a batch of skeeter pee and I added one pound of frozen raspberries to my primary. Just curious does anyone know if they will go bad? Or does fermentation prevent that
I am making a batch of skeeter pee and i threw in a pound of frozen raspberries, my question is, will my fruit go bad? do i need to take it out after a few days? just out of curiosity. i didnt know if fermenting it made it ok, or if it would still be bad.
I think ill come down from temp. Get down to 60 and pitch my yeast. Let it sit for 24 hours at 60 until it starts going good and then throw it in the fridge at 48. Any objections?
