    WLP007 Ferm Temps

    On my NE ipa's i do 65 for 3 days, 67 for 2, 70 for 2. Add first dry hops after 3rd day when kicking it up to 67.

    Can't answer the biab questions since i do not use that process. Download Bru'n water software (no affiliation, just a user) it will help do the calculations. Gypsum and cacl will lower your ph. Carbonate will increase (chalk). Gypsum will push the hops (sulfate) Cacl will push the malt...
