I got my hands on a food grade 30gal barrel and just had to put something in it, Right now its black berry season in Oregon so not having allot of money to dump into 25 or so gal of wine or beer ingredients my wife and I started pick them.
15gal of black berry later we have wine going.
i think for the next run at this i will do as Drowninginbeer said and roast some of the wetcob in the oven and steep it like an all-grain batch, any ideas on what to add to it seeing as how it wont be malted?

I finally opened the last bottle of this today ( i forgot about it in the back of the cabnet) and it was as good as the day i bottled it.:)
Next year i will try and get pictures.
