Due to some personal reasons I have a wheat that has been in a bucket for 5 months. My question is if i bottle this, will it carbonate ok? Thanks for any insight

I just bottled my first batch about 3 weeks ago. It was Autumn Amber Ale from Midwest.. Turned out great :)

I just popped open a bottle from my first batch.. It's only one week in the bottle and it tasted great.. I can't wait to taste it after its had more time. I wanted to make sure this turned out ok... Now I'm sad I don't already have another batch in the fermenter. I just wanted to say thanks...

Well thats only 4 1/2 gallons of liquid.. You should have either boiled 3 or put 2 1/2 in the fermentor.. But I think you should be fine.. I'm just a noob myself.. Bottling my first batch tomorrow.. As far as activity goes, Mine was going crazy the next morning.. Good Luck :)

Thanks for the quick reply.. That looks like those would work.. I figured label sheets were the way to go... Just wasn't sure how long they would stick in the water.. Thanks

Hey guys.. I want to label some bottles for a new years party. They will have to be kept in a ice cooler. Any Ideas on a adhesive that will hold up to the water for a couple of hours? I am just going to do a around 12 bottles with labels so I do not mind having to do some work to get them off...
