Very Simple -
I used 1 Muntons Connoisseurs Range IPA Bitter can. Added 3lbs Dried Amber Malt Extract. And 1 oz. Bitter Orange Peel at the end of the boil. I did let in go in the Secondary for an extra 14 days.

I cracked the first few over this weekend. JUST AMAZING! Best brew I have done by far. The Bitter orange peel added a nice hint of orange and slight orange finisf to the IPA. Not over powering at all. I have gotten such good reviews from my friends that I already have another batch going...

And the Batch will be a 23 liter batch per the directions. I am really just trying to learn the lingo and what the different ingredients do to the flavors. Hoping to get a All Grain Set-up soon.

SO I just watched that Video by Craigtube. He adds 6 cups of Sugar. I didnt do this with either of my batches of Coopers. What is the Benifit/Pitfall of doing vs not doing this???

Thanks, are you planning on using a finishing sugar for carbinating the brew? These Coopers Kits sound so easy. I just wanted to make something simple after my first Nut Brown that took me like 4rs.
