    STC Failure

    My STC did something similar. last Spring. Had it controlling my ferm freezer, and went to check on 10gal in a bucket and a Speidel, both in secondary. I hadn't checked them for a couple weeks, and was ready to keg. Walked downstairs and saw the temp was at 20-something degrees (on the STC)...
