Not.sure if it is krausen or just a wierd infection. It is a thin layer and sticky. When i made this beer i had issues one putting 140 degree wort on top of tje yeast. Gravity jas came down to 1.018. Started at 1.048
It is a tangerine wheat beer.

alwahys use a hydrometer.

I ordered mine up from amazon, should be here tomorrow. It won't have the switch so I will have to look at highland brewers video again on adding the switch.
