    Hey guys I am excited to announce that last night I successfully racked 50 bottles of bitter ale. Primary was about 10 days and had a final hydro reading of 1.012. After a quick taste test it was official and I bottled it! 2-3 weeks and I will be kicking back some ale for my birthday!

    My first brew I went with a yorkshire bitter extract. The guy at the store said it is the easiest to make and the most tolerable of rookie mistakes.

    Should the yeast packets that I am not using be in the refrigerator? I have many yeast packets for next batches and just wanted to know and cant get a straight answer. So thought I would ask here
