Can you carbonate in a 2L soda bottle?

I'm tracking on that. I meant to say after a week and a couple days. Should of been more specific. I'd like to get a Carboy but I don't make that much money haha. I'm just worried about the oxygen in the bucket spoiling my winter ale

I'm nervous about this one. My brew stopped bubbling about two says so I put it in the secondary (bucket). Everything's sanitized. Minimal oxidation. But I've read people's posts talking about the air laying on top of the beer in the secondary ruining it. Should I worry?

You know I didn't have my phone on me. But it was multiple little clumps but it could of been anything. I tasted the beer. No off flavors so I'm assuming its good to go. Guessing it was just fermentation aftermath. I'm just so excited about this brew I had to post it on here. Ha

I just siphoned my winter ale into a secondary. I'm really excited for this one. I have it a taste and its exceptional already. Didn't even get a hint of sweetness so I'm guessing it should be don't soon. Now question. I haven't seen this in my previous brews but I had a lot of floating clumps...

So I picked up an aquarium siphon at pet smart. It's an auto siphon and I noticed that once the suction starts and the liquid goes past the compression bulb the liquid is very bubbly on the way out. Will this put to much oxygen in my beer? Also to mention the liquid in the bucket has a lot of...

When your beer is infected when should you dump it? I've heard if it gets a hairy layer on it it should go. What do you all do?

This will be my fourth time bottling with these. I haven't come across anything about this. I just don't want them to explode

The beer tastes good the spots just look weird. Almost like spotty mold on cheese.

I'd also like to add that the beer keeps a thin head. Did my beer get infected or is this normal

Get these dark spots in my beer head that are formed by the bubbles. But the way it looks makes me think something is wrong?
