I'm nervous about this one. My brew stopped bubbling about two says so I put it in the secondary (bucket). Everything's sanitized. Minimal oxidation. But I've read people's posts talking about the air laying on top of the beer in the secondary ruining it. Should I worry?
You know I didn't have my phone on me. But it was multiple little clumps but it could of been anything. I tasted the beer. No off flavors so I'm assuming its good to go. Guessing it was just fermentation aftermath. I'm just so excited about this brew I had to post it on here. Ha

So I picked up an aquarium siphon at pet smart. It's an auto siphon and I noticed that once the suction starts and the liquid goes past the compression bulb the liquid is very bubbly on the way out. Will this put to much oxygen in my beer? Also to mention the liquid in the bucket has a lot of...
