I ran a Dogfish Head 60 min IPA recipe taken from Beersmith. I won't go into all the recipe details however, equipment wise, I use a 70l pot with bag.
So, the recipe calls for 38 litres of water at the start , and I was aiming for a final 17 litres at the end of fermentation.

I keep around 60 litres in the garage and replace them as I go through them. Am starting to build up a supply of higher gravity brews which I want to keep for longer periods (e.g. 6 months +)
Well, at this stage you are already in it so wait it out and see how it turns out after primary.
