Looking for some ideas on recipes that are more temperature-forgiving. That is, the house gets upwards of 78 or so during the day and doesn't get much cooler than 74 or so in the evening. I could rig up a very simple evaporative cooling system ... the ~ ≥40% humidity would likely keep...

Probably wouldn't want to visit my part of the state, then ... at least not in February. We've had 8 inches of snow and single digit temps around that time of year. But, we have great weather a lot of the rest of the year so come on down!
