    Noob Questions - GF Specific

Thanks man, there's no issues with the fine crush sneaking through? The reason I'm asking is I want to get another basket built to get better circulation. Right now I have two baskets made for BIAB, one is 300 micron and one is 400. Some days are better than others but you have to watch really...

What's Your Favorite Pale Ale Recipe?

What's every one's favorite gluten free all grain pale ale or lager recipe? I've got a few darker beer recipes I like but haven't made a pale ale or light lager that I'm fond of yet and looking for some inspiration. Thanks in advance.

    High Finishing Gravities

Hey guys, I found that I have access to this here in Canada. It's my understanding that this has endo and exo amylase. But want to confirm, thoughts? High Finishing Gravities

Thanks Legume, I use the liquid Termamyl from brewcraft. Typically 10-12ml per 5gal. You mentioned using AMG-300 in the past, would that help? I'm having a hard time finding it. Any replacements you know of our recommend?

    High Finishing Gravities

Temps are different with the gluten free grains, grouse the one supplier recommends 163, and some guys go up to cereal mesh temps in the mid 170's with GF grains.

    High Finishing Gravities

Hey All I use malted gluten free grains for the well known suppliers. I mash at 158-163 for 90, let it cool to 152 and add the liquid enzymes wait 30-40min and then run the iodine test to make sure starch conversion has happened. I'm always within a point or two of calculated OG, but my beers...

    Canadian Gluten Free Grain Supplier

Ya by the time we ship them up here and factor in exchange, packaging etc it's not cheap. I told my wife even if we don't sell a grain of it we'll have brewing supplies for a while.

    Water Chemistry

For everyone using malted green free grains, do you model your water profiles similarly to traditional brewing, or what's your process?
