I have a 30 amp electric brewery panel (Kal clone) that will be driving 2 - 5500 watt low density elements. The SSR's I have are 40 Amp with an output voltage of 24-380VAC. Would it be ok to use these SSR's vs the recommended SSR's that have an output voltage of 90-480VAC? Thanks for any...

I ordered 2 of these as well. Wondering if they will shed any plastic taste into the beer? Maybe filling them with a water/baking soda solution and letting them soak overnight before using them will help leech out any plastic flavors?
