    First Sour Wort Help

    What other methods have people used to keep temp at around 110 degrees for souring? Aquarium heaters seem to max out at 90 degrees, and I'm not sure if that would be warm enough.

    Thanks for the advice. I actually just propped the tap end of the bottle up with a jar of salsa on it's side so all of the sediment stayed on the bottom end of the bottle...Arriba!

    I purchased the tap a draft system, and decided to use it for an all grain ESB that I brewed with ringwood yeast. While racking out of secondary, the beer was awesome. After carbonating for 3 weeks I tapped it. BOO! All I can taste is sediment. And no wonder with the beer line resting on...
