Does anyone have any 03B they can trade? I didn't take care of mine very well and it got contaminated.

what yeast is best for a triple IPA???

Do you know what the difference between a double IPA and triple IPA is? Double IPAs can taste good.

    Special B and amber mild

That's the nice thing about brewing advice online. Whenever someone gives you good advice you don't like, you can usually keep looking and find bad advice you do like.

Cloning HopHands by Tired Hands Brewing Company

Does Tired Hands really use CMC pale? I like their beers a lot and hate that malt. In my experience, CMC pale has a weird acrid flavor I've never gotten from any other pale malt.

Wyeast Lambic Blend on cherries - pellicle or mold?

5 months on sweet cherries? Sounds like you should have bottled it about 4 months ago. Even if it is mold, just rack off the fruit and bottle it.

    Unusual stuck fermentation

I'd say you either didn't ramp the temp up enough or ramp it up soon enough and I'd guess the latter.

    Bottling a very old sour

That's actually the yeast Upland was having problems with, but I'd imagine that had more to do with the beer than the yeast.

    Bottling a very old sour

I wouldn't bother with all that from the podcast. I've never had a problem with the cheap blue pack cuvee yeast. Carbonation isn't exactly Upland's biggest problem.

    Request: Bud Light Clone Recipe

Source? I'm fairly sure that isn't correct. The beer is fermented under pressure, so need to krausen.

    Biere de Garde

My advice is to take those BJCP guidelines, print them out, wad the paper up, and burn it. Biere de Garde isn't a style. Very few of the brewers of Northern France that make the beers that are thought of as BdG make any claim to them being such. Farmhouse Ales is where you want to start. I...
