On homebrew talk there is a great recipe that someone posted a long time ago Called CARAMEL ABMER ALE where he made the Caramel himself and put in the last 10min of the boil and it came out amazing great beer. Maybe that technique with a porter recipe.

Can i ask does this happen with a nitrogen bar mix as well. I have a nitro tank in my kegerator and the gauge showed 2000 in the full tank. But when placed in the cold kegerator and on a corny keg of guinness it dropped to 1700 abd holding steady. I checked for leaks and cant find any? Thanks...

Yes its kegging served on nitro. I think i will try a guinness recipe w a little honey malt maybe 1/4 of lb. We will see how it comes out. Thanks everyone for the help!!

Hey would keg lube be good for use on the rollers? That is food safe as well.

I have THE BARLEY CRUSHER MALT MILL that has stopped working. The roller that is attached to the spinning arm is rolling but the other roller is not. This happened after I tried to adjust the gap to the width of a credit card. Is it fixable i could not get in contact with the company. Thanks Tom

Can someone tell me if 7’ of 3/8 id is good enough for a nitro set up serving guinness homebrew? Trying to get this nitro set up done for st paddys day and 7’ is what i have.

So in a biab or all grain set up when would you add the honey malt? Sorry i am a little inexperienced at this to get the flavor?
