    Blueberry pancake beer? Hmm

If anyone sees this id like to know if it would be alright to add more syrup or honey directly to primary. It's been going for 2 days now. Really would like to see this brew become more than a 4 percent abv beer. I've already added 12 oz maple syrup, 12 oz blueberries, and about 8 oz or so of...

    Blueberry pancake beer? Hmm

Now I'm starting to think.. Maybe some blueberry extract at bottling time? I've heard they work well. And would it hurt to add more syrup later on in the process? I'm not running a secondary. And I put the syrup and honey in about half way through the boil. Is like to get those flavors to come...

    Blueberry pancake beer? Hmm

Just yesterday I brewed a 5 gallon batch of American wheat. In my mission to boost the booze factor I added 12 oz of organic pure maple syrup, and about 8 oz of honey. Hoping extra sugars make me an extra alcoholic finished product. During scavenging the freezer for ice to cold crash the wort I...

But if you were me and gonna try it anyway, you'd hope a seasoned vet could answer a question to help ya out. Haha buddy I'm sure it won't be a five star creation, it's just cold out and I'm bored and wanna try to make something I can show off to the family. 🍻Angus! Angus!🎸

2nd batch ever! Couple quick questions

Hey guys I'm real curious about a few things in the loom of my impending brew day I have planned for tomorrow actually. It's batch #2 and I'm still a fish (a rookie as we prison guards say lol) so hopefully I'll get a few wise words from you. Batch 1 was an IPA I really liked, but was a bit too...

    Help a newbie out wouldja???

Another thing I found odd is that my beer keeps a big frothy head the whole way down. But the beer sort of slips out from under it as youre drinking. So after you finish the mug what's left is about an inch of froth at the bottom! Lol I'm not sure why that is either. But hey it's the first try...

    Help a newbie out wouldja???

By light I mean it feels light. The color is dark coppery orange as I expected. And as far as hydrometer readings to be honest I was confused as to how to use it and just went ahead without a reading. If I had to make a wild guess my beer is sitting at like 5% . Just looking as to how I might...

    Help a newbie out wouldja???

Hey guys I'm lookin for a little insight, just tasted my very first home brew and I have to say it was better than I had forseen my inaugural creation to end up. It's an IPA from the true brew kit. I added a few subtle flavor ingredients and like I said came out tasting pretty good. The only...
