    Skeeter pee might be stuck

I started my pee on 7-10. The starting sg was 1.080. On 7-17 I added last bottle of lemon juice, energizer, and yeast food. It was bubbling right along. I forgot about it and checked the sg yesterday and it is on 1.010 and is not doing anything. What should I do next?

I have my first batch of apfelwein ready to bottle, do I use campden tablets when I put it in jugs, will it have to be refrigerated? It is not going to be bottled in wine bottles, I washed out the jugs that the juice came in and will be using those. Also, I have wine that I started with grape...

Help with wine concentrate wine- stoped fermenting?

You are right of course. I found the paper that came with the hydrometer, it was 1.130 at start and 1.018 yesterday when I checked it. Is it finished working off? Still no activity in the airlock.
