Had the actual 35th dinner tonight. Place called Embers. Latin American with various degrees of char on everything. Started with an Austin Beer Works Fire Eagle IPA. Moved to various Mezcal cocktails. Last one was phenomenal. Smoky + grapefruit, not too sweet nice mouth. Great evening. Oh, and...

Picked the wrong night to adamantly decide to stay up and watch the entire game. Delayed! Yep, one more reason for early retirement.
