Here is the fermentation. 4/30 - 5/6 but basically finished 5/3. So yeah! Kegged on the 6th. 4days aged and I couldn't be happier. Smooth, no alcohol aftertaste. Fermented between 85-90. Chocolate. Pretty incredible experience.

That was my plan. Brew this to age. Lutra Kveik yeast proved to me 1 week is just fine. Still trying to wrap my head around it. So clean. Smooth. Nothing harsh.
