    Spindle Tap DIPA. Wonderful citrus flavor. Noticed these guys tend to have a rough mouth feel though. Not a silky experience.

    HB Belgian Quad. I bottled 2 different ways. One using CBC-1 and one just using carb drops. This one is the carb drop. It's beating expectations even this young. Very smooth, Trappest yeast esters smoothing out and nice fig presence.

    Lutra, an Omega Kveik strain. My 1st time using (2 packs). Yesterday's Vossa-Nova was my first ever Kveik attempt. On another note, the Omega DIPA strain never fermented correctly even with 2 packs. This WCIPA is too sweet.

    2hrs in and already down 4points. Wow! Don't let the low numbers fool you, I still have to add 3lbs of Dark DME. Was awaiting on fermentation to get into gear. Local Imperial

    Just completed a brew using Omega Vossa-Nova new strain which, supposedly, has thiolized qualities and non-detectable diacytal production. Used Elani and Nectron for the hops. If I can remember, I'll report back otherwise results will be on the "What are you drinking now?" thread.

    For the Hunahpu project. Everything getting ready to soak in a French press. Should be 13%. Brew day tomorrow. Can't wait to try this Bluetooth gravity device.
