In September I brewed up an Imperial Cream Stout. I was hoping it would be conditioned by Thanksgiving but after sampling one last week I don't think it will be ready until Christmas.

I welded a couple of small hinges that I had laying around the garage to a couple of equipment panels that my work was scrapping out.
It works great. It folds flat for storage. And since the panels are stainless steel, I can store them in the dog run...

I wait until I have a 100 or so saved up. Then I soak them in the baby pool for 8 or 10 hours on a hot summer day. The labels come right off with a light scrubbing with a scotchbright pad.
