I assume you have have forced carbed I would bleed off head pressure and continue force carbing and repeat this process a few times and see if this corrects your issue

I have a burner with detachable legs its great it sits on shelf when not in use (legs off) and the burner assembly sits on a platform. The detachable legs you than use a set screw to stabalize the burner in the legs very sturdy no problems so far.

Ive never had a issue with Notti always have a couple on hand even the "bad batch" made great beer and took right off
