This is a rough sketch I made as I'm brainstorming and I'm wondering if anyone can see a problem with this or if I am missing anything. It goes to a 5500 watt element from a 220v power supply. I want to wire the ssvr to a stc1000 then to a potentiometer for fine tuning power output.

Just successfully brewed my first extract ipa and thanks to this site its bubbling away at a steady 68 deg and looks beautiful. Thanks hbt community! Will be stalking the forums a lot.
