Hi normally when I brew I do just a 2 week single Fermentation. I ended up extreamly busy so this batch has been sitting for 3 weeks. Also It is a stawberry banana beer that I made with real fruit. Do you think this extra week will damage the beer or affect the carbonation when I bottle? Oh yea...
Same thing has happened 2 me before. I did exactly what you did resealed everything asnd still had lots of activity. the beer surprisingly came out great still. I would just seal it up and let it be.
Well as long as it doesnt hurt the taste or aroma ill be happy. Who knows maybe it will be great. Every time I experiment I stress out a bit. I hope someone has had success doing this.

I'm on the road right now but I WILL post the recipe when I get home. Its a blonde ale and my own recipe. Yea most people thought it was a bad idea but now that its done everyone loves it. The hardest part was combining the two flavors really but its all worked out great. So anyways ill post it asap
A few weeks ago I posted about excperementing with a stawberry banana beer and people told me to let them know how it came out. Well its perfect! Better then I could Imagine even with a higher fermentation temp! So that's the scoup its great! Thanks for the advice people it was a big help
Well last time I did this it came out great but a lil apple cidery but I think that was the cascade hops. I'm more worried about adding my flavoring honestly... THANKS FOR THE ADVISE :)
