After trying the different ones, I prefer the original Guinness (non-Foreign) Extra Stout anyway...so it does not matter even if they did discontinue...

I started my first batch in my FF last night with the Orchard Breezin' Peach Perfection Wine Kit. I checked it approx 12 hours later and saw slow airlock bubbling and what looks like a 1/2" of lees already accumulating in the collection ball. Is that amount of lees normal after just 12 hours?
