Screwed up carbonation methinks. I was mistaken on the process. I brewed my first batch of blonde ale 3 or 4 weeks ago. After primary I just threw in the primer sugar in the fermenting jug thinking
"Hey, this should be fine"
Needless to say I didn't bottle anything yet because I haven't...
Doing a farmhouse saison i got off of here but substituting the pils from Belgian to German and Rye to Chocolate malt. Also using extracts because I'm not ready for all grain 5 gallon batch yet due to money for ewuipment. It will still be 5 gallons though. This is my 2nd brew so I'm hoping it...

On another note. How long do I need to wait to start seeing activity in my fermentation process. A day or two?
Yeah I believe that is what I am leaning towards. Not quite sure yet. Thanks for the answers. That is what I was looking for. I am assuming the airlock is required for the second fermentation as well.
