My family is vegetarian and all of the products by Impossible are really good. Morning star makes tasty vegetarian options too

For what it is worth I do BIAB and get about the same efficiency. It really used to bother me, but when i stopped worrying about it and just said "i guess this is just what my efficiency is"....my brew days became more enjoyable. After all, we are making beer in our garage
