Thanks for the replies guys! I am brewing it now. Cut back to 10 oz honey malt and added 2# 6 row. Gonna do a late hop addition with northern brewer. The wort Def has a sweet taste to it but I'm hoping the bitterness will bring it back a bit.

Tell me what you think. I have all the ingredients just afraid I went to heavy on honey malt. 5# 2 row 3# flaked rice 1# honey malt 1 oz cascade for 60 min .5 saaz for 15 min .5 saaz for 2 min yeast is kolsch white labs Thanks!
