Just recently racked a batch of Rasberry Pinot Noir and added ingredients and flavor pack on 12/31/13 and I have been checking it and I can not tell if it has started to clear. When is red wine done clearing, it is so dark I can not tell !! Any Help ??

Could anybody tell me if the Cornucopia kits are a good kit . I've done an Island Mist kit but noticed with the Cornucopia kits comes with the corks,lables, and sleeves the other kits you purchase these items seperate. My wife really loved the Island Mist kit , but curious about other kits...

Started a white tropical resiling from cornucopia on 10/28 ( SG 1.080 )racked to carboy on 11/17 (SG 1.006) and on 11/21 (SG 1.000 ) there is some foam on top (not alot though ) checked on 11/25 (SG 1.000 ) Is this batch stuck or do I just need some more time ?

I checked both bottles and they are cloudy is it ok to consume those bottles like that or do something else ?

I recently bottled my first batch of Island Mist and noticed at the end the last two bottles have some sediment from carboy . Anybody have any suggestions as to what to use (cheesecloth or ???) to filter these two bottles. Thanks for any help.

How often should I degase my wine ? I have been degassing about a couple times a day is too much a problem?
