Why would it be too late to pitch yeast again?
I too have a Belgian Dubble that is not starting, but it has just been overnight and temps were kind of cool.
In two days, if there is no fermentation, is it feasible to pitch yeast again?

I just had my first taste of raspberry wheat I made from a NB kit.
The raspberry juice that came from the kit was only 4 oz. for a 5 gallon batch.
That much is enough to give the beer just a slight sweet raspberry aftertaste that takes nothing away from the beer. I'm glad it doesn't...
Just thought I would pass along that I had a good experience with the Keggle Beer Supply ebay store. Bought two corny kegs. Weeks after I bought the kegs I discovered one had a bad relief valve. The dude had a new lid in the mail the next day.

I Had no idea what I was doing. I ordered the kit not even aware that it was a 2-stage beer. I knew I needed cold temps but it was the end of winter so no problem. I used crystal clear "crick water" from out back and cooled the wort in the ice cold stream. Just kept moving the beer to colder...
I haven't figured it out yet.

Didn't use secondary - just left in primary for two months.
Put in a corny keg yesterday @ 22 psi and shook it occasionally.
