Wow according to the conversion I am at 1.014 right now hot damn it's not stuck I was just using the wrong tools!! That's 7.04% awesome!!

So the short of the story is that I can use the refractometer for easy og reads but better off with a hydrometer for anything after fermentation

Ha!!! I'm not that adventurous. And besides its still beer so at the end of the day I just have to drink a lot more of it to get the job done...not the worst spot to be in lol
