    I'm thinking that too... I tried calling, but there was no, "Press # to talk to the head brewer." so I didn't get anywhere. I'm going to shoot them an e-mail. Better yet... I'll just drink, harvest, and see what comes of it and throw it into a small batch.

    I bought a bottle of Brekenridge Brewery Agave Wheat. I noticed a cloudy layer on the bottom of the beer. Is that a yeast cake inside the bottle? If so I'm thinking of harvesting it.
