In my opinion you will not be disappointed! I have made this several times, it is easy to make and tastes great. I have made about 40 gallons of this so far. Safe to say it is my house Pale Ale!!:mug:

At 60 min mashing your grain in the cooler you will drain the first two quarts(Vorfauf) in to a container and then pour back ontop of your mash, I put a pie tin down on top...
This finished bottle conditioning on February 24th I made a five gallon batch. I gave away 24-12 oz bottles and had 13-16 oz fliptop bottles for myself. Well today, a week later I have five 16 oz fliptop bottles left. This beer tastes amazing, crisp and clean. I do not get very much head on it...
I brewed this for the first time on January 22nd, it finished fermenting in six days!! I transfered to my carboy on Saturday because I needed my fermentor/bottling bucket to bottle a Jubleale that just finished dry hopping, 8.7ABV hydro sample was awesome!! I really need to get another...
I am going to brew this one for the first time this Friday, from everything I have read here about it, this will be one fantastic beer. Sounds like it may even be one of my house beers!! The other being EdWorts Haus Pale Ale which will be bottled this Friday!
