    I use this setup all the time, works great and I don't ever sterilize my mouth, never had an infection.

    Bottling with DME rather than dextrose

    I have used nothing but DME to bottle, 1 1/4 cups or 6 ounces per 5 gallon batch. That is what my LHBS suggests.

    Mash Tun Cooler
