    Hey all, just a quick update, and thanks for the replies. Bottled on Wednesday with a FG of 1.008. Sample taste was excellent, better than I could have hoped. Bottle conditioning for 3 weeks and then..... Mmmmmm.

    Fermentation seems to have clearly stopped. A gravity reading yesterday showed 1.008 at 69 degrees. I was thinking about letting it sit in primary for another week and bottling after that. Any thoughts to the contrary? Thanks all.
