Thank you, but I’m looking for a lot-specific analyses (a URL is printed on each sack) so I can compare DI wort pH values between regular Weyermann Pils and this lot of floor malted Bohemian Pils. They don’t include the DI wort pH on their general spec sheet.
I’m looking for a certificate of analyses from a reasonably current sack of regular Weyermann Pilsner to compare with the floor malted Bohemian Pils I just used on a batch. If someone has one and could post the URL I‘d be sincerely grateful! Thank you.
