American Pale Ale Three Floyds Zombie Dust Clone

It's not necessary / important at all for this beer... This beer turned out delicious. Dangerously delicious :tank::mug:

American Pale Ale Three Floyds Zombie Dust Clone

I didn't write that very well, my plan is to dry hop this Saturday, which is one week after brewing. I think I'll go head and try to get this on tap by day 14. I can't wait to taste it! :rockin:

American Pale Ale Three Floyds Zombie Dust Clone

What is the typical grain to glass time for this beer? Anyone think 2 weeks is cutting it close? I brewed last Saturday and fermentation is complete (1.069 to 1.014) with no off / bad flavors that suggest a long primary is going to be needed. I'm considering dry hopping this Saturday then...

American Pale Ale Three Floyds Zombie Dust Clone

Just brewed this today, first brew in almost 4 years. Everything went great except it looks darker (by quite a bit) than expected. Recipe wasn't modified at all, so we'll see how the final product looks... Smelled fantastic tho!!

    gelatin finings?

Agreed. It has made my beers drinkable weeks before I am used too...

    gelatin finings?

Do you bottle or keg? If kegging, just add the gelatin to the kegs. If bottling, then idk, hopefully someone answers your question :)

    gelatin finings?

I just used gelatin for the first time last saturday when I kegged two beers, my pale ale and Coastarins Winter Brown Ale. This was the first time I checked, so they may well have been clear a couple of days ago, but they are crystal clear already! I am in love with gelatin now :ban:

    Greetings from Columbus,OH

Some days she is extremely friendly and others not so much, but I dont think its a beer / wine thing. I usually shop there for last minute things, sanitizers, etc. But all in all its just too pricey. I would love to support a local business, but I am not willing to pay an extra $20!

Kegged today! Tasted very good. FG was 1.016, giving me a 7.1% ABV beer! Going to definitely make a nice winter warmer in a couple of weeks...
