A rule of thumb I go by is "let it ferment and then add 8-10 days." you don't wanna pull to early. And letting it sit a few days as long as its at temp won't hurt it it'll only refine it
When you pour out the bottles, make sure you slowly pour it out rather than dumping upside down. I realized rings when I was brewing a week or two ago and that worked for me

You've also got to account for the fact that fresh raspberries naturally have water in them. So you'll be adding water, I've always used freeze dried raspberries, they have the sweet taste with no water
