    Pittsburgh/Western PA Group By #9+

Kyle, I think you should add a Donations section under the "Product Collections" section of the store. Then have $1, $5, $10, $15, & $20 items people can add to their cart. This should make it easier for people to say thanks to everyone that help organize these buys.

Session IPA Recipe Help (Boat Beer??)

That seems like an awfully high amount of IBUs in a beer of that gravity. Perhaps moving all of your hops to 15 min and later additions would help. This should give you a very nice hop flavor and aroma as well as keeping the IBUs down. You could even lower the amount of hops in the boil and...

Help on finding a tail piece

You might be able to use a Dremel to cut that piece off flush. Then use a typical nut, barbed tail piece, and rubber washer setup. http://www.kegworks.com/connectors-for-beer-lines-1170-p16540?featured=&_s_icmp=KWinternalrecs

Did anyone see rice hulls in the price list? I'm not sure if they are not listed or I am just missing it repeatedly.

    Jockey Cooler

Agreed. I built one with a seven pass cold plate that I got on Ebay for $100 shipped. I current have it setup to only serve three, making two passes through the cold plate. The double pass is not really necessary but I figured why not. I did leave space add two more faucets if needed. Now...

    Jockey Cooler

From everything I have read you will "probably be OK" with copper as long as you clean it regularly. If you do not clean it well between uses you risk having a poisonous blue-green oxide (think the Statue of Liberty) forming. See excerpt from this link below (also very good source for other...

    Jockey Cooler

Copper lines should never be used for finished beer. The low pH of finished beer will cause copper and possible other metals to be leached into your beer.

    Victory Summer Love

I had my first of the year earlier this week, such a fantastic beer. I definitely get a Kolsch or German Ale yeast characteristic out of it. Has anyone else made an attempt at this with one of these yeasts?

8 Tap Jockey Box Value vs. DYI

I would think that you could build one for less than that. A quick check on Northern Brewer shows a total of about $390 for the disconnects, shanks, faucets, for an 8 handle setup. You could probably find some of the hardware cheaper at other online stores. A decent cooler will be $50 - $75...

    Built a Keezer Today :) :(

This is what I had in mind. They are a bit pricey but should definitely do the job. You may even be able to find them cheaper elsewhere. http://www.kegworks.com/quick-disconnects-for-3-16-beer-line-1170-p174088
