    Bland witbier

I made a witbier that is good but the orange peel overpowers the coriander so i was wondering if anyone has added coriander into the keg? I was thinking of crushing it fairly course and then putting it in a hop sack into the keg. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated

    Any tips for my recipe?

The website im ordering it from does not specify it just says chocolate malt. I placed the order already but i will still drop a pound of honey malt and if the og is a bit lower thats ok. Also is it better to add the actual honey at flameout or in the secondary? I want some honey flavor but not lots

    Any tips for my recipe?

I meant 2 pounds of actual honey as well. I have this recipe entered into the brewers friend app and og is 1.057 which is right where i want it. If that seems like too much honey malt i can drop a pound i just want to come close to sleemans honey brown

Tripel Getting Darker in the Secondary Fermenter

I cant remember the exact name but it was a safale belgium yeast. Around 68 to 70 degrees. I transfered it after three days because the krausen was already completely gone. I guess next time i should wait a minimum of 5-6 days to transfer then? And i kinda thought i should just give it more...
