I'm pretty good on bottles myself, but the Four Firkins in Saint Louis Park MN has free bottles available to homebrewers, just have to clean em and remove labels.

Just wondering if anyone is gonna be at the 2011 ABR next Saturday. The brewery lineup for this year is here: http://www.mncraftbrew.org/festivals/participating-breweries Anybody have any recommendations of breweries I should try before I get too drunk to be able to tell a difference?

Thanks for the info. I'm leaning towards the kolsch, due to the better attenuation as well as it seeming like the hops will come through a little better.

Hi all, I have been doing some research to brew an Abita Turbodog clone. The recipe from BYO recommends a lower fermentation temp with an irish ale yeast at 55-58 degrees f. I read a previous thread on the forums here with the recipe posted and one of the posts recommended using a Kolsch...

TC Craft Beer in New Hope has a good selection of craft beers and I would put it on par with the Four Firkins. Check it out at tccraftbeer.com

I agree. Haven't tasted one of their brews that wasn't phenomenal. Really enjoying the Hell this summer.
