I'm kinda shocked at the way Austin Homebrew Supply is withholding recipes. Doesn't seem very sporting to do that. You can't copyright a recipe anyway, so why sit on it? Maybe they just want to sell kits, not ingredients.

Thanks to @wailingguitar and @MaynadX for the wise advice. I did nothing to the wort except let it sit and ferment. After bottling it took a little longer than expected to reach full carbonation, but the result was not disappointing.

I made a couple rookie mistakes. I was careless during the sparge of an oatmeal stout recipe and collected too much wort. I then went ahead and boiled it down to about 6 gallons. The SG was way off, about 1.043. After a week in the fermenter it's at 1.015 and seems to have exhausted the yeast...
