My coopers mexican was slow to clean up, so i gave the bottles one last swirl to mix things up and a week later its amazing crisp and fresh. No more cidery taste.worked for me!

Just added a satchet of finings to my mexican cervasa after reading the visual benefits it has on your finished brew....but is there any negatives or flavour imparements as a result of using it??
