    Just relaxing with a simple home brew. 6.6 lbs Muntons LME 8 oz Maltodextrin 16 oz UK Chocolate ( 60 minutes @ 170 degrees) Hop: Fuggle ( last 20 minutes of boil) EDME yeast Simple ... smooth .... been away from brewing for several years, starting to experiment again.

    How best to bottle mead

    I have to agree. I try to bulk age 2-3 years before bottling. I've been amazed by the change in flavor over the years.
