    i would like to make some apple cider and some recipies say to use cider yeast and some just say yeast. Where would i find cider yeast and could i just use baking yeast? and for elderflower wine the recepies say you need brewers yeast but can i just use baking yeast? Thank You, Sam

    I made a hydrometer from a straw with plasticine at the end and 2 nails inside and floated it in water, then in my bottled elderflower wine and it floated alot higher in the wine.
