    Question on if this is yeast?

    I added the Potassium sorbate when it looked like the fermenting stopped. I then waited a week rack andadd the honey and fruit. I think it is still fermenting and this is the dead yeast, but it is a lot. Or is this infected or mold. It doesn’t smell or tastes bad. Any advice would be great.

    Thanks SG was 1.090, Gravity on day 10 Wednesday it was at 1.020 so the honey is almost gone from my guess. Thanks I guess I learned something new. LoL. Well I will be backsweeting it a lot more than I planned. Thanks for the information and assistance.

    Thanks, I don't mind the ABV of 18%, and right now I just got the 1118. I think I will try your OG 1.140 with the 1118, and back sweeten in the secondary. I believe if I need to I can back sweeten more if I need to. Thanks, and have a great new year.
