Brewed a great batch of Belguin wheat, but left the beer on the yeast for 3+ weeks before I had a chance to move to carboy.
Tried a taste and the yeast smell/ flavor is a killer.
Need some ideas on how to reduce the yeast flavor/taste, so this becomes drinkable.

A very simple Stone IPA clone.
With exception of the color, the hops character is spot on to a Stone IPA.
(will use DME next time as lovibond is waay off )
Using 3 gallons H20-Bring to boil
1oz magnum into boil for 50 mins
Add 4 Lbs English IPA LME & .5 oz Centennial - Boil for 10...
Thinking about trying something for a quick 5 gal batch- Appreciate any suggestions:
3.3 Lbs Muntons Old Ale LME
3.0 Lbs Muntons Light DME
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 oz Cascade ( or other low AA boiling hop?? )
1 oz Cascade for finish
Prime/carbonate with 1/2 lb Muntons Amber DME (...
