thanks so much. I am going to give out my beer with xmas baskets my wife made and the beer I planned on using didnt turn out 100% to my liking and I want everyone to have the best tasting beer. So im gonna let the other stuff set longer and use stuff I know is up to par.

Yes I used the priming sugar. Hot water and dissolved it then siphoned into pale to bottle, capped all and put away in closet.

OK that makes me feel better. The instructions said 2 wks fermenter and 1 wk secondary and 1 wk in bottles then chill and enjoy. So I should wait even longer than the 7 days I originally thought.
