I was checking out my october fest and found this : Any ideas what it is? The october fest fermented for 4 wks and has been in secondary for almost 2 wks.

Im assuming you have the co2 tank inside the fridge, is this safe?

I did a california common pale ale and it smelled like bread. Dont know what you could do to change his opinion about the smell.

what scale does it use metric or english? :D

Is there a chart the depicts mellow time vs OG? From what I have seen so far the hight the OG the longer the mellow time is.
